Vintage Iron Cycles offers tiered service plans designed to provide peace of mind and protect your bike investment. Each plan includes coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

1. Standard Service Plan

Coverage Period:
  • Parts: 1 Year
  • Labour: 6 Months
  • Build & Tune
What's Covered:

The Standard Service Plan includes coverage for manufacturer defects in eligible parts and components for one (1) year from the service start date. Labour associated with approved warranty repairs is covered for six (6) months.

Riders looking for essential protection and basic service support.

2. Signature Service Plan

  • 1 complimentary tune-up within the service period
What's Covered:

The Signature Service Plan provides balanced protection with one (1) year of parts and labour coverage. This includes repair or replacement of defective components and full labour coverage for approved service work within the coverage period.

Best For:

Riders who want full coverage without gaps between parts and labour.

3. Performance Service Plan

  • Build & Tune
  • 2 complimentary tune-ups within the service period
What's Covered:

The Performance Service Plan offers extended protection with two (2) years of parts and labour coverage. This plan ensures long-term support for major components and service work, providing maximum value and peace of mind.

Best For:

High-mileage riders or those seeking premium, long-term protection.

Diagnostic & Service Fees

  • General Tune-Up ($149): Complete mechanical service plus a comprehensive safety and electrical system check.
  • Build & Tune ($99): Professional assembly and tuning for new, out-of-the-box bikes purchased from Vintage Iron Cycles.
  • Diagnostic Fee ($100): Applies to all initial service assessments and may be credited toward repair costs if service is completed.
  • Labour Rate ($100/hour): Labour outside of warranty coverage is billed at $100 per hour.
  • Approved Warranty repairs performed under an active service plan will not incur additional diagnostic charges during the applicable labour coverage period.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Coverage begins on the original sale date.
  • Plans apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
  • Warranty claims must be approved by Vintage Iron Cycles prior to repair.
  • Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship only.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, chains, tires, tubes).
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modifications or installation of non-compatible parts.
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting performance.
  • Damage from off-road or stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or similar activities or any activity that is not consistent with the intended use of the bike. The bikes are intended for use on paved road.
  • Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.
