Do you calculate shipping at checkout?
No — we don't use an automated shipping calculator at checkout. Once your order is placed, our team personally sources the best available freight partner for your area, gets a real quote, and then reaches out to you directly. For most Canadians in major cities and towns with freight depot access, the cost falls within our $200 coverage and there's nothing more for you to do. If you're in a more remote area and costs exceed $200, we'll be in touch before anything additional is charged.
What happens if shipping to my area costs more than $200?
If you're in a remote or rural area where freight costs exceed our $200 coverage, we absorb the first $200 and only pass on the remaining difference. Crucially, we don't just charge this automatically — our team contacts you first with the shipping quote so you can review and confirm before any additional amount is applied. Which bikes are excluded from free shipping?
Our E-Ride series bikes are excluded from the free shipping program. These are heavier, freight-class items that require specialized handling. If you order an E-Ride bike, our team will reach out after your order is placed to arrange freight logistics and discuss shipping costs for your specific location. All other e-bike models are eligible for our $200 shipping coverage.
How long does delivery take after my order is placed?
Timelines vary by location and carrier availability. Once our team has sourced your shipment and everything is confirmed, orders to urban centres and areas near our retail locations typically arrive within 3–7 business days. More remote destinations may take longer. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your bike is dispatched so you can follow it in real time.
Can I pick up my bike in store instead?
Absolutely — and it's always free. We have 17+ VIC locations from Vancouver to Halifax. Just let us know your preferred store when ordering or contact our team and we'll arrange in-store pickup for you. Visit our locations page to find your nearest store.
