If only there were a 10 star rating! I bought an escooter for my son's 13th birthday. Brad and Dan were exceptional - they helped with my surprise for him and Dan even went out and bought bows and a balloon! They were as into the surprise as I was! Brad even took an hour in the parking lot to teach him how to ride, check the tire pressure, read on the gauges and all the other maintenance required.
