What to measure: Your “real inseam” — the distance from the top of the saddle contact point to the ground (usually 1–2″ longer than trouser length).
How to measure: In riding shoes, stand with feet ~7″ apart and back to a wall. Place a hardcover book (spine up) snugly against your groin and measure from the floor to the top of the spine. Ask a friend for best accuracy.

Batteries include a universal key used to lock/unlock the battery. Universal keys are not unique and may work with other Rad batteries. For security, avoid leaving the battery affixed to the bike unattended in public.
